From the moment I stepped into the doors I was greeted by a receptionist and asked what I needed help with. Mark had another customer coming in so he filled Brad Sheridan in on my needs and the transition was as smooth as ever. Brad took a moment to fill me in on the cars we would test drive. As we headed upstairs Brad showed me the customers lounge, got me a drink, and explained the service department perks I would receive as a Mercedes Benz customer. I was able to test drive two different vehicles during my visit. Each time Brad not only explained the functionality of the vehicle, but he included real stories about how his Mercedes worked for him. I appreciated his candor and I felt like he wasn't pushing a car on me that he wouldn't purchase for himself or his family. Following our rides, Brad kindly printed out a comparison report between the two vehicles I'd selected. In addition to the printed reports, he sent me a pdf version and talked to my father (who would be making the purchase) via phone. All in all, I had a wonderful experience at Park Place. More
