I am so impressed with this dealership! I'm an elementary school teacher and bought my first Smart Car from this dealership in 2009. I was nervous about being looked down on because I'm not rich, in a Merced school teacher and bought my first Smart Car from this dealership in 2009. What can I say, I have bought more than 10 cars from Sue and Hesham in the past 5 years. Buying a car can be one of the most frustrating experiences. Park Place is very different. Their is absolutely no pre and Hesham in the past 5 years. Buying a car can be one of the most frustrating experiences. Park Place is very different. Their is absolutely no pressure whatsoever. Feel free to walk around, enjoy the view, and make yourself at home. Free drinks, coffee, internet, tvs and couches only make the experience more relaxing. If you have questions, they have answers. Hesham has always been very honest and truthful to me on prices and advice. He will go to the end of the earth to make sure he finds a way to get you the price you want and deserve. Sue and Hesham are also there for you from the day you buy your call until they day you trade it in or sell it.Theres hardly any point to negotiate one bit, sort of takes some of the fun out of it lol. Sue and Hesham are more interested in knowing exactly what you want, what kind of lifestyle you will be using it for. Sure, they would love for you to join the Park Place family, but they also understand their are plenty of other fine automobiles to choose from, and are more interested in you finding the car you want. I would recommend Hesham and Sue as two of my favorite Park Place representatives and I will never buy an automobile any other place. As for the service department, there is nothing much to say except a perfect 10. There is nothing they will not do for you to make your experience more pleasurable. Most importantly to me, with such a busy schedule, I am in and out in about an hour, every single time. They understand your time is important. And, trust me, if you walked into any other dealership, you can be there for 3 or 4. More

I came to Park Place with my boss a couple of weekends ago. He knows that I'm a bit of a car nut, and he wanted my opinion on several vehicles that he was considering, including both the Panamera and the ago. I was happy to oblige (although I was rather underdressed for the occasion), since I'd never had the opportunity to test drive either vehicle. Upon our arrival, I was immediately impressed with the atmosphere and the people. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and although I was dressed more for a summer barbeque than an afternoon of auto shopping, I was treated very well by Adam Bradford, who has a long-standing relationship with my boss. Adam was extremely helpful, patient, and courteous. When I told him that I was particularly taken by the look of the second -generation CLS, Adam suggested that we both try it out. To say that I was blown away by the experience is an understatement. The CLS is so far superior to the Panamera that I am still in shock. I had absolutely no intention of making another car purchase when I walked out of Park Place, but I found myself talking the CLS up for days after the visit. My boss (who also ruled out the Panamera, but stlll hasn't made up his mind), got so tired of my talking about it that he said last Friday, "enough talk - just go buy it!" as he was preparing to leave on vacation. I got back in touch with Adam via phone last Saturday, and we spent some time rolling through the inventory on the website. I found a model equipped and colored exactly to my liking; I told him that if I was going to get one, that was it. Adam said, "Then let's make it happen." No pressure, no pushing, just matter-of-fact, exactly the way that I handle my own clients. He made the sale right then and there. As a high-end salesman myself, I must say that Adam's approach and demeanor are tailor-made for your dealership and your product. He is extremely knowledgeable, very intuitive, and an exceptionally good listener, as well. He's the kind of guy that I would love to have working for me - I think that you are very fortunate to have him. He was able to work around several logistical challenges that I had this week, was responsive to my last-minute requests, and was even able to quickly arrange the window-tint that I had somehow managed to forget about including in the purchase. He is a top-shelf guy, and I look forward to working with him again whenever I acquire my next vehicle - which will definitely be from your dealership. I can't wait to see the look on my boss's face when he gets back - I warned him that if he waited, I'd take the black CLS right out from under him!
