Andy called me because my current 2008 model was out of warranty (over 50,000 miles). He said that he would be able to put me in a 2012 model for my same payments. I was already scheduled to take my car in for an inspection, so while there he showed me the car he had found that met my specfications. He was able to keep the same monthly payments, but also found me a better financing deal for less number of years for only slightly more, which I decided to do. It was a pleasant, no hassle and quick exchange of cars. I am very happy with my new Mercedes. More
