My husband and I came to your dealership and walked the whole lot looking; then we went inside the dealership, and looked at your floor models. Three salesman walked passed us, did not acknowlege us at all whole lot looking; then we went inside the dealership, and looked at your floor models. He was more than helpful, even though we told him we were just looking at his inventory. We even told him we were looking to purchase 6mo or longer down the road. Mike took time out of his busy schedule, took us to the top floor of the garage, showed us a variety of models and colors, allowed us to test drive the vehicle we were interested in. Took the time to demonstrate all the amenities by the way was a huge selling factor. We left, he called us the next day, asked us to bring in our trade in, and sent us home in our new vehicle, my husband and I was very pleased with the Top notch customer service provided by Mr. Mike Cavaugh, he is an awesome guy. The rating I gave for the quality of work was for the removal of the decal from the trunk of the car. We now have a scratch in the paint, because the decal was not removed properly. Instead of heating the glue to remove the decal, it was forced off with a sharp instument which left a scratch. So my husband and I are not happy about that service. Please fix it, i know that it is possible. More

I decided to try Park Place Mercedes since they are the most well known Mercedes dealer I was somewhat hesitant when my wife wanted a new Mercedes. I decided to try Park Place Mercedes since they are the most well known Mercedes dealer locally, and I anticipated having to deal with some difficult car people at this "fancy" dealer. I was surprised that everyone I dealt with was very nice and never made me feel uncomfortable. My sales guy (Mike Kavanaugh)was helpful & followed through promptly on the whole process of ordering my wifes 2012 GL 550.
