Because of being out of state and COVID-19, most of my transactions with Park Place Motorcars transpired by phone, email and text. Andrew Riggs persistence in working through the issues and follow up was outstanding. I’m glad I had Andrew handling the transactions. Very professional and a joy to work with. More

Ray is a A+ attentive salesman, he is knowledgeable and an utmost professional! This is my 5th Mercedes Benz Purchase so I trust the brand. But Park Place needs to make sure the cars that are being sold as an utmost professional! This is my 5th Mercedes Benz Purchase so I trust the brand. But Park Place needs to make sure the cars that are being sold as CPO truly meet those standards. My vehicle has had to be returned 3 times in my first 30 days of purchasing. Ray has gone out of his way to be accommodating to all these issues which are not his fault, and I appreciate it, but all this could have been avoided IF the CPO inspection would have been done properly upfront. I thank him for his attentiveness, and Park Place needs to supply their salespeople with a TRULY certified product. More
