I was greeted immediately and made to feel very welcome right off the bat. Andy Parker was very patient under the circumstances, as it was the last day of the month and the dealership was very busy. He also gave me ample time to consider the pricing and automobiles and consult with an outside source. The navigation and technical crash course was very thorough and (I believe her name is either Vivian or Miriam) was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She was a pleasure to work with during the instruction. Paul in Finance was also terrific and made me feel as though he had my best interests in mind. I found him to be very accommodating and helpful during the financial paperwork phase, and he was the perfect ending to a flawless and seamless purchase/lease process. More

We came to the dealership with a unique problem. Nedd Ross was determined to help us solve it and worked hard for us and the dealersghip. At delivery time for the new car, Hillary set up our iphones and showed us the electronics-Nav system etc-and she was very easy to work with and very knowledgeable. Nedd had set up our main radio stations which we appreciate because we have not lived here in Dallas long. Zack worked with us on the leasing details-very smart young man and extremely personable. Then Nedd took us to Tom Scott and he was so pleasant to work with. When we had leased our previous vehicle at an out-of-state dealer, the F&I guy sold us a lot of stuff that we did not need!!! Tom guided us to those things that would be advantageous to us but was not pushy. Every employee that we came in contact with at Park Place acted glad to have us there and interested in our welfare. They cared enough to help us get the best for us and the dealership. That is true customer service! More

He then introduced us to Rodrick Infante who finished off the deal in financing by sharing all of the carious options ultimately recommending the dynamcis that best fit our needs. Soon after, off my wife went with a beautiful new car and a process that lived up to and exceeded expectations.
