My experience on this purchase was marred by the issues in the Finance area. I spent 3 hours there and was not a happy camper. When Rod told me that the deal would route thru Bank of America, I mentioned in the Finance area. I spent 3 hours there and was not a happy camper. When Rod told me that the deal would route thru Bank of America, I mentioned that I preferred MB Financial Services since the previous 3 new, and 1 used purchases had gone that way. Only after I spoke with Andy and was ready to leave was MB contacted. BOA wanted my husband on the deal even though all other sales had just me on the paperwork. In spite of this happening, I just ask that the Finance Manager give the customer the choice of who their financing goes through if possible since they are ultimately responsible for the payment, monthly or otherwise. Other than the BOA situation, both Andy and Rod were great to work with. More

Honestly, we got a great deal on the car which is the most important aspect for me when purchasing. Now on top of that we had an incredible sales person in Jim, his personality was awesome and we got alo most important aspect for me when purchasing. Buying a car to me is work and hard work at that. It is not something I find enjoyable due to the nature of the car business and the usual back and forth that has to take place before one can make a deal.
