After a not so great experience with Mercedes-Benz in Plano, Andrew went above and beyond to ensure I had the perfect experience with Park Place here in Dallas. He truly listened to all of my concerns, took into account everything I was looking for in a new car, and completely tailored the experience to me. He spoke to me as a person rather than just a dollar sign. One thing that really stood out was when Andrew took the time to go out of his way and bring the newest A220 4MATIC over TO ME for a test drive, because my crazy schedule wouldn't allow me to make it to the dealership at the time.
