Our sales representative, Michael Brignac, has made our experience exceptional. His attention to detail is great and he has made excellent recommendations without being pushy. After the sale Michael has also been more than cooperative helping with all questions and directing us properly for service. If buying pre owned, beware! Sales staff was friendly, but then again they are salesmen. After having the vehicle for 40 days, I contacted the Department of Motor Vehicles to find Sales staff was friendly, but then again they are salesmen. After having the vehicle for 40 days, I contacted the Department of Motor Vehicles to find out why I had not received my plates or tags yet only to be told that the dealership had not even submitted the documents. The DMV sent me a form to complete as they stated the dealership was in violation of some rule in which they must submit the paperwork within 30 days of the purchase. It wasn't until after I filed the claim that the dealership decided to contact me and advise that they had not submitted the paperwork because they had not put my vehicle through the state inspection that is required in Texas... Now I have to take time out of my day to go get this inspection done because not only did they not do their job, they failed to notify me that this needed to be completed. On another note, We were told our vehicle went through a thorough check with their "A+" service team and the only thing they had to replace was a tire pressure sensor. We live 4 hours from this dealership, and the first day we were home, the check engine light comes on. Now the check engine light, tire pressure light and traction control lights go on and off intermittently. We did purchase the extended warranty, but being that we have had the vehicle less than two months, I would not think I would need to spend money to have repairs done already. More
