Frustrating wait at the Parts Department - Multiple Visits One would think that Park Place Motorcars would have the parts department staffed as they should for the size of the dealership, however, the last thr One would think that Park Place Motorcars would have the parts department staffed as they should for the size of the dealership, however, the last three times I've been there, I've had to wait over 20 minutes. Today was over 30 minutes. Not acceptable at all and when I do get someone to help, they seem new and not experienced to know what I need. Never going back there again. You'd think with 100 employees running around, they could allocate (2) to the retail parts desk. More
