Star Studded Treatment I have been in the auto finance field for years and buying a car has always been a different process than a typical consumer. This time around, I decided to try a different brand of car and thus I had to be a normal consumer. I was very scared of the ”normal” car shopping experience. I first went to another luxury dealer and my fears were confirmed. However, I can emphatically say that when I first interacted with Shiloh all my fears were gone. I found a car online that I fell in love with and submitted an inquiry. Shiloh contacted us within 30 minutes and set up an appointment for the same day. My husband and I arrived a little late but Shiloh was able to still assist us. We test drove the car and it was love at first sight. The entire process from the inquiry to the financing to the lesson on the car’s technology was amazing. I don’t think I will ever buy a car at another dealer again. Shiloh and Park Place have set a very high bar. More

Great experience overall My main experience with the dealership is through my new car salesperson Mr. Peter Idusogie. He was a 10 on a scale of 10, always trying hard to sati My main experience with the dealership is through my new car salesperson Mr. Peter Idusogie. He was a 10 on a scale of 10, always trying hard to satisfy my car buying needs in the best manner possible, and in a timely fashion. His personality and commitment to excellence and professionalism were unsurpassed. He was patient with my methodical and slow potential purchase process, and customized his service to his individual customer. The dealership also is great, almost as great as Mr. Idusogie. The service tech apparently left a couple dirt smudges from his/her fingers on the two light-colored visors, so when I picked up my new car I saw them on my way home. They came off well enough with some 409 cleaner spray and some rubbing with a clean cloth, yet for a brand new luxury car of course the service department should have prevented that small issue. So I give the dealership a 9 or 9.5 rating (and Mr. Idusogie a full 10). More
