Model for all MB dealerships Exceptional dealership?????? Two and one half years ago a friend in Houston called Park Place in Dallas on my behalf to purchase a new Mercedes. Wit Exceptional dealership?????? Two and one half years ago a friend in Houston called Park Place in Dallas on my behalf to purchase a new Mercedes. Within an hour the sales manager, Michael Brignac,called me regarding trading my MB for a new model. I described the specific details for my new purchase, specifics of my trade and my price range. Within a short period of time my new car was delivered to my home and my car was taken back to Dallas. Each time I have a question regarding a specific detail on the car , he or someone with his staff has been able to answer my question. They are honest ,knowledgeable and have the best customer service I have ever experienced in the 45 years since I have owned Mercedes. Every dealership in the country should take lessons from Parkplace. My only regret is they are not in Houston for my service. Thank you Michael and your staff. Sincerely Sylvia Brauer More

Very good. Adam was responsive, informed, communicative and All went well. I ordered a vehicle that met or exceeded expectations and Adam guided me well with regard to the package he thought made good sense for All went well. Ditto...poor customer service I have never written a negative review before but felt it necessary after my most recent experience with Park Place Mercedes service. Without going in I have never written a negative review before but felt it necessary after my most recent experience with Park Place Mercedes service. Without going into all of the details, I will summarize by saying that poor customer service at the managerial level is filtered down. Despite asking to speak with the general manager multiple times (after not being satisfied with my discussions with the service manager who I found condescending, arrogant, and under the belief that I should be grateful he was doing me a favor), I was told that "there would be no point since the issue would be referred back to me [the service manager]". I cannot recall the last time I was unable to escalate a concern, particularly at this level. The sad reality is that I don't think their leadership is aware of how this attitude is perceived, as customer service training seems woefully inadequate. The experience has been so poor that I have decided to forgo purchasing my next vehicle (which I had every intention of doing within the next 2 months) from here. As an aside, it is interesting to read other reviews where MB claims they attempted to reach the client unsuccessfully - I was told the same despite not receiving any calls from them. More
