Living in MN, Nelson took the time to FaceTime me the car, answer my questions via phone and email and work on the paperwork remotely. Within a day or two of playing let’s make a deal, my son and I flew into DFW and met Nelson at the dealer. After a quick test drive and getting the title work ready, we were on the road back to MN. I am not sure how the process could have been improved- it was good. The car was clean, as described and made the trip home no problem. The entire process was simple and straight forward. I did not have to go to the "back room financial folks" that so irritate me at most sales locations. Oscar handles the entire process, did all the walking and Eric also coordinated so all I had to do was get my questions answered and make my decision. The trade in was what I expected, everything was in order and I made my decision easily and don't have any after thoughts of "did I really get a good deal?" Best car buying experience of my 70 years.
