Just disrespectful This is my second time ever writing a review for Park Place Motors,and Im dure it will probably be my last,I had my CLS towed into Park Place Motors, This is my second time ever writing a review for Park Place Motors,and Im dure it will probably be my last,I had my CLS towed into Park Place Motors, It was after hours so i called the next day to set up an appointment, I also asked to reserve a loner. When I arrive for my appointment I was told that the issue with my car did not warrant a loner it was a simple cable, but due to my schedule I could not sit for two hours waiting on repair and asked if I could get the loaner car I had reserved so that I can return to work at that time my advisor told me that there were no longer cars available I explained to her that I had an appointment and she says to me that even if you have an appointment we often run out of loaner cars for people that make an appointment,after giving me the run around ,she realize that the car she had been trying to get me to wait on was not even my car and they had not a clue what was wrong with mine it had not even been seen by a technician.now im a hour late for work.2 i return to get car i was charged for diagnostic charges then I was not aware of once again being pressed for time did not argue about it just pay the fees and ask for my car to be brought around all of the repairs were not complete due to my mistrust in the Park Place honesty so I made arrangements for my vehicle to be transported by tow truck to a different location, I arrived an hour prior to the tow truck getting there to make for sure that all the processes had been taken care of so that when he arrived he could retrieve the car and leave, I advised my service advisor that the tow truck had arrived. With paperwork in hand me and the tow driver waited approximately 45 minutes for car to be brought so that we could leave. They continue to tell me my car was on the way. After 1 hour of waiting for car Tow truck left i lost 125.00,for exceeding wait time , after speaking quite Stern to my advisor I waited another 20 minutes for them to bring my car around and was advised it was okay to drive,and didn't need a tow now i sitting here on tollway in 101 temp writing this review as i wait on another tow truck another 125.00.thanks ParkPlace More

Magical I went in and wasn't expecting to buy a car but Michael was so helpful. He went the extra mile for me and I really appreciated him.
