I was incredibly picky with my list of demands and he made sure I got to look at, touch, and drive until I was satisfied! He knows all of the cars inside and out and is really easy to talk to and get along with. He listened to what I wanted and found me a car that I HAD to have! Once I was ready to pull the trigger, he made sure my SLK trade in was appraised quickly and he worked us a great deal that we are happy with! He called us a couple of times since the purchase to make sure we are still happy with the car and every time we are at the dealership to get our cars washed, he remembers us and chats with us! My husband's lease is up next year and he is already eyeing a new car-- which we will obviously use Michael to get set up! I would recommend anyone looking for a new car to call Michael.. excellent service, no pressure buying, exactly the personal and great experience you expect when buying a luxury car like Mercedes Benz!
