He got me the rare color combination I wanted and took a long time to show me all of the options on the car of which there are many! The best car buying experience ever!!! I am in my mid 50's and have purchased many, many cars in my time. My experience with David Ward, at the Park Place dealership on Lemmon, was nothing I am in my mid 50's and have purchased many, many cars in my time. My experience with David Ward, at the Park Place dealership on Lemmon, was nothing short of perfect. I live in the Austin area and had been looking for an exceptional 07-09 E350 for a while. I found this on the internet but was not thrilled to have to go to Dallas to buy a car. I called and talked to David and he was such a pleasure to deal with that I decided to make the drive. Before I left I was able to have the price of the car where I needed it and he was able to give me a value on my trade-in that was a little better than I was finding in the Austin area. When I arrived David was ready for me even on a very busy Saturday. I inspected the car. It was exactly as David had described and the pictures showed. I signed the paperwork and was out of there in record time. I still have a hard time believing that this used car buying experience was so good. I am seriously thinking of calling David the next time I need a car. He was worth the 3 1/2 hour drive. He called me today to see how the car was doing and asked if it would be alright if he called me in the near future to make sure I am still happy. Thank you David!!! More
