Mr. Mullen, We apologize for the miscommunication you experienced on your service visit. Your service advisor called you and requested an extended test drive that could be up to 50-75 miles. You approved the extended test drive, but it sounds like there was some confusion regarding the request, and for that we apologize. We are also sorry for the change in radio stations, as that is something we do not condone. We've learned that Aaron Young, our Service Manager, reached out to you to discuss your feedback and you're scheduled to bring your vehicle to our dealership on Dec. 1st to address the rock chips.
