A birthday suprise! So...it's Saturday afternoon and my wife want to go to Dallas to go "shopping". She directs me to Park Place Porsche. Told me, "it was about time I b So...it's Saturday afternoon and my wife want to go to Dallas to go "shopping". She directs me to Park Place Porsche. Told me, "it was about time I bought something for myself". I was turning 63 in ten days and she said it was time for that care I always wanted. Growing up owning VW's all through college my eye was always on a 911 Cabriolet. Being just over 6'2" myself and my wife 6'1" we soon realized we were just too tall. As we were walking away somewhat dejected there was Park Place Mercedes Benz. I mentioned to the salesman we were going to wonder over and look at the roadsters. Kudos to him, he personally directed us to Todd. Todd listened attentively to our "height" problem and before you know it we were test driving a 550 SL. It was perfect! But....we wanted white, tan interior and a few amenities available. Todd assured us he would find our car. Twenty four hours later he had the care located, reserved and on it's way to the Dallas dealership. He followed every detail we requested to the letter. Made our payment option "easy breezy" and made sure all questions were answered. We when in to pick up the car the next week. Tinting was perfect, all options requested and fulfilled and best yet....we sat down at his desk and everything was handled right there! Perfect, seamless, convenient. We drove our new 2017 MB roadster home 100% satisfied. He has followed up since making sure all is good...and it is!! I recommend Todd for any transaction at Park Place Mercedes Benz. In a few years for our next Mercedes, Todd will be our "go to" man! Thanks Todd!!! More

Exceptional car buying experience!!! I bought a CPO at Park Place on 11/18/2016. My CPO sales manager was Corey Johnson. Mr. Johnson was very polite and patient. He was knowledgeable abou I bought a CPO at Park Place on 11/18/2016. My CPO sales manager was Corey Johnson. Mr. Johnson was very polite and patient. He was knowledgeable about the inventory and found me the perfect car with the options I wanted. He introduced me to other employees during my visit that were extremely nice as well. My finance manager, Roderick Infante, went above and beyond as well for my financing. I am truly grateful for the both of them. I can't wait to buy my next car there and give referrals for Mr. Corey Johnson and Mr.Roderick Infante at Park Place Dallas. I also loved the layout of the dealership. More

Prettiest Garage in Grand Prairie--Two S550s in October My husband first introduced me to Andy when he traded my CLK500 back in 2007. Over the years, Andy has sold me 5 CLS' and my husband several autos. My husband first introduced me to Andy when he traded my CLK500 back in 2007. Over the years, Andy has sold me 5 CLS' and my husband several autos. Fast forward to October of this year when Andy sold me a 2-door S550, and a day or two later also sold my husband a 4-door S550. The salesperson was not friendly, not personable, showed very little interest in helping the customer, showed very little concern for the matter at hand, and seemed as if he couldn't have cared less about helping or working with the customer. I would recommend either not visiting this used car dealership or asking for the general manager to ensure you get a salesperson who shows care and concern for the customer. More

Disrespectful and unprofessional I dropped my 2016 G63 AMG off for service bc problem lights were on. I did not give permission for them to drive my car home and drive it personally. When I picked it up the service papers acknowledged they gave my vehicle to an employe to take home. The bass was turned up to the max amount. It was on a rap station. There were 2 sloppy paint chip repairs on the front hood. I just bought the car one week prior from Park Place. I have my garage door opener in my car and insurance cards showing my address. I have young children. I don't feel comfortable with the service department arrogantly giving my car w/o my permission to a stranger who drove around like a punk in my new vehicle. Not cool. I'll never take my vehicle there again. More
