Worst experience I was interested in purchasing a new vehicle. I choose park place expecting a better customer service. This person was assigned to us in helping to bu I was interested in purchasing a new vehicle. I choose park place expecting a better customer service. This person was assigned to us in helping to buy a new car. When I completed my test drive, I asked him for a quote. Looking at quote, it was unbelievable to expect such a high price. It was no way related to advertisement in the website. I asked him to match the deal which was offered online. Rather he helping me to find a best match of my budget and specifications, he was too pushy and spoke in a rude way to purchase the car which is available at his store. I was so upset by his behavior and it was the worse experience. I am never going back there. More

I met customer oriented perfectionists When I needed to purchase a new car, there was question that I would purchase a Mercedes Benz from Park Place Motorcars. The reason was two-fold: the first reason was that the Mercedes I had driven for more than a dozen years were outstanding vehicles. Both reliable and beautiful. The second reason was the service and customer care I received. Prior to purchasing my new car from Park Place Motors I had purchased from a dealer much closer to where I lived. Following a bad service experience with that deanship, I began brining my car to Park Place for service. The service and attention I received from Jay Moore, my service specialist, was amazing! These reasons made it easy to decide where I was was going to purchase my next car. When I did, it was pure serendipity. My sales rep-Todd Wehba turned out to be every bit as customer oriented as Jay. The buying experience was joy. Todd is a customer oriented perfectionist-just as Jay is for service. I left feeling that I was not sold a car;but, rather I felt that I purchased a car that fit me and my knees. More

The overall experience with her completing the sales and all finance work was new to us and we really appreciated everything she did for us! Even after the sale she has continuously followed up with us to make sure everything is good with the car and that we are satisfied! Would highly recommend this dealership along with Angela! What I am so pleased about is the extra-ordinary wonderfully attentive "follow-up" service we received post sale from our sales assistant Brian Simmons He is fabulous ! I live out of state and the next day he met us at our hotel before we left town to make sure we understood all the options on our vehicle. After we got back home, he continued to help in every respect - we exchanged multiple text messages about the electronics and over the weekend he even worked diligently for me by long distance as a volunteer "service" detective to decipher what I thought was a "strange" noise. He found the explanation and saved me the time and trouble of a needless dealer service call. I can not compliment Brian enough.
