Most memorable experince ever!!! I bought two MERCEDES from Sue years ago and I still talk about my experience till this day. I was young and she treated me like a million dollars. I'm now in the auto industry myself and I try to treat my customers like Sue Hagle treated me. From the test drive to when I drove the car out of the lot, he was easy to talk to and genuinely cares about his customers. The biggest thing for him is that people are happy with their purchase. I've purchased cars before, but Kody was the first sales person to sit in my car with me before I drove it out of the lot and went through everything. He explained all the features and walked me through everything. On top of that, Kody followed up with me a week after to see how everything is going. More

Worst experience I was interested in purchasing a new vehicle. I choose park place expecting a better customer service. This person was assigned to us in helping to bu I was interested in purchasing a new vehicle. I choose park place expecting a better customer service. This person was assigned to us in helping to buy a new car. When I completed my test drive, I asked him for a quote. Looking at quote, it was unbelievable to expect such a high price. It was no way related to advertisement in the website. I asked him to match the deal which was offered online. Rather he helping me to find a best match of my budget and specifications, he was too pushy and spoke in a rude way to purchase the car which is available at his store. I was so upset by his behavior and it was the worse experience. I am never going back there. More
