I had visited several dealerships before coming to Park Place and decided to give my business to David after corresponding with him via email and phone. David was very professional in that he listened to what I wanted and then went to work to find the car I was seeking. He let me look at all of the cars inventory and drive the ones that interested me but never pressured me to make a quick decision. The negotiation process was handled very professionally and I felt that I was treaty fairly and respectfully. After agreeing to purchase the car, he showed me several additional service options one of which I purchased. The service appointment was set up promptly and the work completed on time. David has called me several times to follow up and make sure that I was enjoying the car and to let me know he would contact me when my plates arrived. I really enjoyed working with David and would not hesitate to buy another car from him. I plan to have all of my servicing done at Park Place as well given my experience to date. More

He utilized modern technology via text and computer to expedite the transaction and eliminate time in the dealership. The sale was completed in record time and everything was perfect! As an added touch David knew I was a baseball cap enthusiast and gifted me a Mercedes cap to enjoy with my new ride. David personalized my entire vehicle purchase. I wish American ppl spend money and travel to abroad to see the Wold is not only US, and we are far better in some area than United States. As a Caucasian man I used to live in UK and most countries in Europe what I saw in Europe was all respect and no offence but in US specially in Tx due to rustic manner and backward ignorant mindsets What I have seen so far has been insult. Mercedes is a German company and its representatives must behave same as decent Germans not backward pretentious. More

The negotiation time was fast and wit I have purchased a number of cars in my life but none with the ease and trust provided by Park Place Motorcars. The negotiation time was fast and without hassle. Other luxury dealers I have used in the past seem a bit snooty for a buyer such as myself who will keep a car for 10+ years. I never got that feeling from Park Place. There was no pressure, no hassle and they never questioned my ability to pay. I will definitely purchase again from Park Place and will go to my new friend in Dexter Manley II. More
