Great Experience I first went into the dealership last fall and discussed what I was looking for with Sue Hagle. I then put my decision on hold for 6 months. When I wa I first went into the dealership last fall and discussed what I was looking for with Sue Hagle. I then put my decision on hold for 6 months. When I want back in April, Sue remembered me and my needs and we discussed and priced out what I wanted and placed in on order. When the Gle 400 was in town, we discussed what they would allow on a trade in. It was a fair price and we closed everything the next day. Great experience. I lucked out getting Ramzi and Jordan I went to Park Place without having a Sales Person in mind. As luck would have it, I was immediately paired with Ramzi and Jordan. Purchased my CLS5 I went to Park Place without having a Sales Person in mind. As luck would have it, I was immediately paired with Ramzi and Jordan. Purchased my CLS550 and had the deal done in just about 1 hour, financing and all:) As a REALTOR® and in sales myself, I certainly appreciated the way that Ramzi and Jordan conducted business. It goes without saying I will be referring them to my friends, clients and colleagues who won't have to "luck out" like I did, because they will know who to ask for! Rola Belew! I was in a HUGE RUSH when I was buying this car.
