I’ve been shopping for and leasing vehicles for the past 10 years, and I can honestly say that my experience with Davon and Mercedes-Benz of Fort Worth was, by far, one of the best I’ve ever had at a dealership. From the very beginning, Davon’s customer service was like no other. We initially started communicating a few weeks before I came into the dealership, and at no point did I feel pressured or experience any of those typical “pushy salesman” tactics. He was patient, professional, responsive, and genuinely focused on making sure I was comfortable with the deal. When I finally came in and we sat down together, Davon fought for me. Within just a few hours, we were able to work everything out, strike a deal, and get me out the door. What impressed me even more was the level of honesty and integrity throughout the entire process. I had initially put money down, but the final deal was structured as zero due at signing, and I actually received documentation showing that the money I had put down was being refunded back to me. That really stood out to me because it demonstrated that they were committed to making everything right and doing the right thing for the customer. Any concerns or questions I had about the vehicle, Davon was always willing to go above and beyond to help. He never made me feel like I was being difficult or asking too much. He was always willing to go back to leadership and bat for me to get things worked out. And let me say this about the new facility — WOW! It’s absolutely fantastic. The entire experience, from the facility to the staff to the customer service, was first-class. I honestly can’t wait to shop with Davon again, and I sincerely hope he’s still there when I’m ready for my next vehicle. If you’re shopping for a Mercedes-Benz, definitely tap in with Davon.
