I'm currently a Government/Federal employee that works under law enforcement: I state this only to say that I understand procedures must be followed and the risk for identity theft, but I felt violated numerous of times about my identity and American citizenship. The mistakes that were made on behalf of Park Place should have been resolved amongst the employee and not me, "the buyer". I have never been to a car company, store, realtor, etc, and been asked to show my birth certificate, social security card, education background just to verify who I am. This is a first for me and will be discussed amongst me and my fellow law enforcement agents/officers. This review is solely based on my personal experience with Park Place as a first time Mercedes Benz buyer. More
