Absolutely the best buying experience ever. The sales team did a wonderful job addressing all my concerns and giving me time to pick the model I wanted/needed. Although most in stock models didn’t have the basic options. The service team preform there jobs perfectly and as quick as they can. Which is awesome. I, however, don’t recommend the Maverick network and wish the transporters coming and going had both been more prompt in giving me a heads up on contact timing. Overall my experience was positive, but unfortunately my salesman Rylen Sibley turned out to be very disappointing. With this car we received a gift box, but did not receive one with the car we purchased 4 salesman Rylen Sibley turned out to be very disappointing. With this car we received a gift box, but did not receive one with the car we purchased 4 months ago. (yes we bought two cars from him in less than four months) when I mentioned it to Rylen he blatantly called me a lie and said it more than once. If the car hadn’t been for my 25 year old daughter I would have walked out! Unfortunately, because of his unprofessionalism I not sure if l will continue doing business with Park Place Hulen. I did keep the text messages between he and I and would appreciate the opportunity to discuss this interaction further with management. More
