amazing experience In 2015, i bought a performance car, and the salesman was good as usual as he promised a lot of care in the future and we would have a good buyer and In 2015, i bought a performance car, and the salesman was good as usual as he promised a lot of care in the future and we would have a good buyer and seller relationship. At 300 miles, i noticed a noise coming from the left front wheel. When i went back for service, it looked like i went to a different dealership. The salesman could not even talk to me and the service was terrible and rude, and i had to go back 5 times for the problem to be fixed and they had to call the engineer to come to only find out it was only a upper strut mount. That was a bad experience for me buying a new car. Me and my wife was so upset that we almost gave up on buying new cars. Fast forward, we bought a 2013 GL550 with so called “extended warranty” and we thought we found a peace of mind. After only 7 months, the car had a check engine light on and we took it back to the dealership to find out that the “extended warranty” would cover a quarter of the bill as we would have to pay the rest. Me and my wife are really thankful that we took it to a dealership which the experience was a lot different than my first experience. Here we noticed people are really professional, the advice was good, and while we were dealing with the extended warranty company, Mr Manny Dominguez who is the service manager at Park Place Fort Worth advised us to trade in the car instead of fixing because the cost of the fixing was almost the cost of a new car. Mr. Manny Dominguez and Jimmy Morales the service director involved all of their team, referred us to a new car manager Mr Oscar Restrepo who was not only a helpful guy but also a blessing for us. We saw how he reached the extra mile to resolve our problem and he even stated “I will not sleep until i can resolve your problem and you are happy with it” and we even saw how he would work after hours to help us and we are very thankful for that because not everybody can be true to their word like he was towards us. Oscar referred us to D’Angelo and D’Angelo also aided us as he helped us with test driving and the ins and outs of the car we were potentially buying. Park Place Fort Worth is so good that i would recommend it to anybody without any hesitation. From general manger down to the service providers, i saw that they were serious about helping me and my family resolve any problems we had and as a customer i really appreciate doing business with them and with my wife we decide that we won’t go anywhere else but here. I have to say that myself i am in the automotive business and with all the training that we get, we should take care of the client by the book but Park Place Fort Worth goes farther than by the book like Mr Walter Reed who noticed my presence even though i was not dealing with him when i did not get the car and when i came back a week later to get my new car he came and shook my hand and said “i kept my word” which showed how professional this place really is. More
