I don't know where to start. The vehicle not being prepped, the wait when we got to the dealership, no review of the documents.(if I hadn't reviewed the contract we would have been shorted for the warranty), the flippant attitude of the salesperson can be summed up in the first sentence of their text below. What Park Place "gave" us was 4 months short of the warranty promised. Why am I the bad guy in this? Place Place prides itself on customer service excellence. The points I brought up should be a learning experience to improve, not punish. If the deal was unpalatable, Park Place should have told us and we could have parted ways. I will remove any statement on the review that is not correct and facutal. Please let me know. Received the following text menage below from the sales person after the review went up. "My son wanted to say thank you for trying to get his dad fired. Not only did you make a conscious decision to WAIT longer so we could change the whole contract to put you both on the loan but I also apologized for the 1 mistake I made and gave you a $1500 warranty for free to make up for it. If you could find it in your heart to understand my side of the situation and change or remove the degrading review I sure would appreciate it. I know it wasn't the most pleasant experience and I'm sorry for that. But it was a very busy Saturday (last day of the month tends to be busy). I had no control over time it took to reprint. As for the warranty, I understand it, unfortunately I read a date wrong and it caused the issue. If you feel you were given an unfair deal, I will take the can back and we can agree to part ways. But for your to attack me like that after doing everything I could is unfair and it affects me much more than the one day you feel was wasted."
