Emmanuel made our first experience at Park Place very positive. The car buying processes is time consuming. He did what he could to move it along. My only issue was that it seemed to take quite some time for the higher ups to make a decision on our trade-in offer, but that was beyond Emmanuel's control. I appreciate that he stayed beyond closing to get the paperwork finished and to get me out of the door with my new car the same night. More
