Sprinter, Solution. My wife and I have three kids and five dogs and we transport (or attempt to) them most weekends to various places. As wonderful as our GLS is, which we also bought from Jason, it just doesn't transport that number of people and furry friends. While we didn't know exactly what we wanted, we knew we needed a solution. I arrived on Saturday morning, described the problem and the specific uses for the vehicle. Jason explained the many differences among the entire line of Merc Sprinters and Metris's and within 30 mins had emailed me the best options. By the end of the day, we had found our perfect match, made a decision, and purchased our Sprinter. In the days that followed, Jason stayed with the process as we began to make plans to customize it. I did very little. He actually came up with more ideas than I did about how best to outfit it. I LOVE it when people are knowledgable and assertive enough to do some of your thinking for you. Best in class car buying experience The title says it all! While it is difficult to recall all my experiences in the last 18 years during which time I have bought 10 cars (all brand n The title says it all! While it is difficult to recall all my experiences in the last 18 years during which time I have bought 10 cars (all brand new) including this car (2017 E300 4matic), this was by far my best buying experience. And I didn't have to set foot in the dealership! After I test drove the same car which belonged to my neighbor, thanks to Matt Gadway (Internet Sales Experience Manager) and Walter Reed (New Car Sales Director), the "deal" was entirely conducted over emails and just a few phone calls. After being satisfied with the deal which, dare I say, was more than fair, and given some scheduling challenges which prevented me from driving down to the dealership to sign the lease papers for the new car, they offered to bring the car to me. While I was initially apprehensive about leasing a car costing well over 50 grand sight unseen, I decided to move forward anyway because I liked how straight forward and honest they came across on our conversations. Well, I could not have been more satisfied! On the scheduled day, Matt brought the car out to me fully detailed and exactly optioned as quoted. We signed the lease papers in my office lobby, after which I simply handed over my trade-in to him and was left with a brand new "merc". I wish all my previous experiences with car buying would have been as nice as this one. It truly felt like buying a luxury car ( btw, I have owned 3 Acuras, 1 Lexus and 1 Audi before so not my first luxury car) including the experience. Don't get me wrong....not that the previous experiences were bad but rather this was that much better! If you are in the market for a luxury car and have decided to give the nod to a Mercedes model, I would whole heartedly recommend you give Walter and team a chance. I don't think you can go wrong!!! Emmanuel took his time to show us every detail of the GL550 we were interested in, had the manager come back to the Dealership to give us a value on a trade, and was willing to do what it took to make us comfortable. He was very understanding that we were getting our own financing, and it would be a week before finished. Emmanuel took time on his Sunday to drive 3 hours one way to deliver the Vehicle and explain every detail of the GL! This was a great experience! Thanks Emmanuel Bernardon! More

Sales, service, have a question - they are always helpful, friendly, and above all else.. EASY! Just picked up a 2017 Smart ForTwo about an hour ago. Jason was there to help through the whole process. When I test drove the Smart Car and was leaving the dealership, he shook my hand and said, "I promise I will make this easy for you." He wasn't even close to kidding! He handled everything for me. I provided a couple of things through email and texts. I walked into the dealership today - car was waiting on me, paperwork was ready to sign, Jason was waiting on me. In less then 30 minutes, I was on my way home in the new car. EASY EASY EASY! More
