Izzy was really naturally personable from my arrival at the dealership, during the test drive, and eventually sitting down to discussion the buying details. I really appreciated his professionalism and him educating me on CPO vehicles vs the non-CPO vehicles I was eyeing at other places. I am also thankful to Rami for taking my initial call and going out to the lot to take additional pictures. The pictures are what convinced me to visit the dealership.
