Interested in trading in my current vehicle, Matt Gadway found a 2017 GLA250 with better and newer features than the 2016 CLA250 I had. I was most impressed with the blind spot assist, Apple Carplay, and the upgraded wheels as those were three things I did not expect. I don't have a lot of free time to spare, and when I got to the dealership I literally had to move my items to the knew car, sign a few documents and I was driving off in about 30 minutes. Regardless of the prices, I was determined that if I was going to have to have another car payment, I was going to buy the best on the road. I test drove the gorgeous blue SUV that I eventually bought, and it was a whole world of difference between my old Highlander (which I also loved, but beat up so badly...) and the new GLE. I am IN LOVE with my GLE 350!!! The manager, Steven, checked to make sure everything was working out with my financing, and it was--a GREAT interest rate. Thanks to Jeremy in finance for the help! And Tom, what a wonderful person, he was so good about showing me all the features but not overwhelming me. He talked to me like a real person, didn't give me any "little lady" guff. We talked theatre and I feel like I have a new friend! I truly felt cared for, especially when he sat in the car with me at the end of the sale to make sure the setups and customized options were working for me. Tom was patient and kind!
