On this busy Friday afternoon at the dealership, I drove to Fort Worth from North Dallas to meet Emmanuel. He was very focused on our needs, "no-pressure", and extremely informative about the Mercedes Benz E350 we were interested in possibly buying. The Sales Manager Bob Mellencamp constantly checked on us, answered all of our questions, and made the move swiftly without frustration.
