Outstanding sales service from start to finish We found the Benz that we were looking for on line. Since we reside in Helotes Tx we were not able to go to the dealership to complete the sales proce We found the Benz that we were looking for on line. Since we reside in Helotes Tx we were not able to go to the dealership to complete the sales process. However, when we called Mr Darrin Cline answered the phone in the evening and so began the process. This was easy, seamless and very well done. The entire process was done over the phone, via email and text. Our vehicle is on the way. This was a professional sales experience from start to finish. Mr Cline had the answers when questions arose and was always available. We really wish that we could have completed this at the dealership. I bet it would have been fun. SOMETHING VERY IMPORTANT TO NOTE: We reside in Helotes outside of San Antonio Tx. There at two Mercedes dealers in town. Mercedes of San Antonio did not have the Cabriolet the wife wanted, and made no effort to try and locate something for us. We purchased a Mercedes 10 years ago from Mercedes of Boerne. When I called they HAD two just before I called but they were sold. The salesman said that he would check the area for something and get back to us. They never called. When I called and spoke to the same salesman you could tell that he did not remember me. I checked on line before calling and they had a couple of Cabriolets in stock but no one ever called. They were over priced anyway. I did find one in the Houston area which is in their area. I called the salesman. His answer. You will have to look at it in Houston. Our impression of these dealerships: If you don't have money pouring our of your pockets or you are not well known, too bad. This is how we ended up at Park Place Mercedes. Lucky us!!! More

Mama got a new car Kevin was very, very helpful!! He easily spent 3 hours with us each time we came in, allowing to drive the cars, look at them and then do it all over Kevin was very, very helpful!!
