We were greeted by Travis. He explained in detail where I wanted him to but not overly so where I didnt need him to. We drove 2 models that day comparing them and the features. He exceeded my every expectation and even though I did not buy a vehicle that day, within 2 days I did end up purchasing a new GLC 300.
