Best car buying experience I have ever had! We had a little bit of time and decided to take a look at the new 2017 vehicles over at Park Place Mercedes in Ft Worth. The staff in the Ft. Worth We had a little bit of time and decided to take a look at the new 2017 vehicles over at Park Place Mercedes in Ft Worth. The staff in the Ft. Worth location were so warm and friendly. We were greeted by Travis. He explained in detail where I wanted him to but not overly so where I didnt need him to. We drove 2 models that day comparing them and the features. He exceeded my every expectation and even though I did not buy a vehicle that day, within 2 days I did end up purchasing a new GLC 300. The whole car buying experience at this dealership is the way it should be. Thank you all, Park Place Mercedes Ft. Worth! More

We were looking to downsize and he worked with us to decrease our payments and save money. Both gentlemen were professional, friendly, and took the time to answer a lot of questions and work through concerns related to choosing the annual mileage limits for the leased vehicles. I have been to many dealers (over many months) searching for my replacement vehicle after a nasty fender bender while in traffic on HWY 35. Matt Gadway took great care of me from the get go. After submitting a request for quote online Matt was on the phone within minutes able to answer all of my questions, set an appointment and took the time to thoroughly go through all the characteristics of Mercedes Benz lifestyle . My family and I felt like part of the MB family as soon as we walked in to meet Matt for our appointment, offering wonderful selection of beverages and snacks in the lounge to showing us around to familiarize us with all MB had to offer. Needless to stay we where so grateful of the wonderful customer service we signed and within hours driving a new C300 in crisp white (What a Dream! I thought) Matt and his finance team Malter really fought for me and made my dreams come true. Sooner than I thought I was driving home with my Fiancee in a brand New Benz! Shortly after my purchase Matt was eager to see just how much I was enjoying the smooth ride of my new Benz with a brief call welcoming me to the MB family officially also asking if I had any questions or if he could help in any way (Very Cool!)
