The sales staff was patient, answered all my questions and found a car that I've thoroughly enjoyed for the past 7 years. The service department and support staff are excellent as well. They most often provide a loaner car when you have maintenance needs, and also provide complementary car washing services. Park Place Fort Worth is the model dealership for others to observe and follow….all staff are professional, knowledgeable, friendly and service/customer oriented. They seem committed to providing the customer with a "lifetime of quality experience" with the vehicle the customer has purchased. I have driven many different brands these past months, trying to decide what I wanted in a vehicle…so many great choices….but at the end of my searching, I wanted the "full team" approach to what I was driving. And Park Place Fort Worth is that full team. I'm recently enjoying a new S550 and am happy to know I have the Park Place team with me for many, many years to come! THANK YOU Park Place! More

It is a real challenge to find anyplace, much less a car dealership, that so consistently excels in customer service. Walter found the car we wanted and made sure that the financing was perfect and Matt did a great job of showing us all of the new car's features and even bringing the closing documents to our home when we had an unexpected issue that prevented us from coming to the dealership. A great team effort, a great dealership, and a great car. Tough to beat!!! More

Our experience I want to share an experience we had recently at Park Place Motorcars Ft. Worth. We had our eye on a 2016 GLA250 and had communicated with Hana Ross I want to share an experience we had recently at Park Place Motorcars Ft. Worth. We had our eye on a 2016 GLA250 and had communicated with Hana Ross regarding this vehicle but we were in California and not able to get to the dealership until Monday evening. We took an earlier flight and were on schedule to be at the dealership by 6pm. On our way there the car we were driving blew a coolant hose and left us stranded on the road about 25 minutes from the dealership. We called Hana to let her know we would be unable to make our appointment. She called back and offered to come get us. There we were at a QT gas station stranded and in came Hana in the very car we were interested in getting. We arrived at the dealership one minute before closing and the necessary people stayed until 9pm making sure we drove away in our new car. We feel the service that the Park Place Motorcars Ft. Worth and especially Hana Ross provided was above and beyond our expectations. They even offered to tow our sick car for us. Hats off to Hana and her team. More
