When the GLC 300 we were targeting to purchase was no longer available, Walter and Brandon committed to find us a replacement vehicle with same specs When the GLC 300 we were targeting to purchase was no longer available, Walter and Brandon committed to find us a replacement vehicle with same specs (including difficult color and options combination). Somehow they found a similar vehicle that was on a boat on its way to the US (and originally meant for another out of state dealer), they secured it for us and honored the original agreed upon pricing. We were impressed. Negotiations and pick-up were stress free and we are now the proud owners of a new Diamond White GLC 300. Thank You! More

We went to purchase a pre-owned vehicle from their stock, but after looking at the new fleet inventory, we decided on the new vehicle. Izzy Abdul and Walter Reed made us feel comfortable in the new car process and answered all our inquiries. We even had a "tutor time" on the new car features with all its outstanding and luxurious options (thanks Rami)...so I was comfortable when I drove off and wasn't overwhelmed! Great experience, no surprises. We came in initially looking for my husband a car, but ended up getting a great SUV for me. The SUV was not out front and it was not the first or second car we looked at, but once they told me about it and we went back to see it, I knew it was the one for me. Darrin was very patient with us. He answered all of our questions. He knew a lot about the product and even after we took delivery of the SUV, he has been great about returning calls, e-mails and text messages to answer questions about the operation of the car, etc. I would highly recommend him to the next buyer. This dealership had a great selection of cars too. I also liked the sales and/or finance manager who explained the financing options. That too helped us decide to do business here. Great experience, no surprises. More
