From our first walk into the building until driving my car out 2 weeks later, we were treating with utmost respect. Considering we were buying a less expensive vehicle than the costlier Mercedes, one might think we wouldn't get the top of the line service. Not so! I could not perceive any difference in our service than if I had been buying a top of the line Mercedes. More

Long Distance!!! I lost my current vehicle in the Louisiana Great Flood of 2016. I wanted to replace it with a newer model and had some requests that my local dealership couldn't fulfill. After doing an online search I came across Park Place and they had EXACTLY what I was looking for. Upon hearing horror stories of dealerships trying to sell flood vehicles, I became really optimistic about buying a vehicle in another state. After getting approved online and two FEDEX correspondences later, my vehicle was shipped promptly to me. I wish all transactions could flow as smoothly as this one. More

I drove to Ft.Worth to look at a pre-owned BMW they had on the lot - at the end of the day, no less - and I was handled with great respect and care for my interests. No sales pressure at all. Just like I prefer. I didn't expect to buy, but loved the suv so we did the deal. I had a credit card (wanted the miles...) but understandably they don't take cards over 5k due to the fee. Being a Saturday and by now after 7pm, my bank wouldn't let me debit the amount. With Oscar the business mgr, and a very patient finance woman - HOURS after closing, I was able to drive away in the vehicle. Smiling, diligent and pleasant the entire time. All 3 deserve a pat on the back by the GM. I would have completely understood having to return a couple of days later - but they made it happen - all staying long after hours on a Saturday night. I would certainly recommend Park Place Mercedes Ft.Worth to anyone. And if I ever want a Mercedes (must say I love this beemer, however) that's where I'll go. And it's 3 hours away from me. Good job, guys! More
