He gave my father his cell number so I was texting him about the best time to come in and trade out my old car- he completely worked around my schedule and had everything ready to go when i arrived. Once we had decided on purchasing the vehicle, the process was very easy and not high-pressure at all. Although I felt I had a good finance rate already, they were able to offer an even lower rate through Mercedes-Benz. Best experience ever Hana was really great. I met her because I just happened to be in ft worth. She actually met me in Arlington at another location that she found for me Hana was really great. She made it so easy and did everything for me so that I could tend to my daughter. The paperwork took less than a hour so in total maybe 3 hours at the dealership. That's unheard of. Great job Hana.
