My husband and I just walked into the showroom and asked for Mr. Collins and just the next day we drove off in a brand new Mercedes. Jonathan was very patient with us and the lender we used. Met and spoke with Mr. Walter Reed who also was very helpful to us. Then there was a trainee Frank Durant (?) who was knowledgeable and there to assist. Thanks to all you for a job well done. During that time period, while at the dealership for service visits, or picking up parts, I have worked with Jonathan at scoping out a replacement car. I am not the easiest customer to convince to buy a car as I am always looking for the unicorn. JB never got frustrated with the lack of the sale on test drives, and was always friendly and helpful to get me into a new car. On a recent service trip, I decided to trade in my vehicle and JB and his colleague ( the other JB ) The purchase experience was good, all changes and items I mentioned were discussed/adjusted to make the transaction easy + make sure the car was setup to my requests. My concerns were not downplayed and everything was patiently and clearly explained Overall I am very happy with Park place and the service received from the sales staff ( JB and others) . Price is a little bit of a premium at the dealership, but for the service and personal attention it is worth it. More
