During that time period, while at the dealership for service visits, or picking up parts, I have worked with Jonathan at scoping out a replacement car. I am not the easiest customer to convince to buy a car as I am always looking for the unicorn. JB never got frustrated with the lack of the sale on test drives, and was always friendly and helpful to get me into a new car. On a recent service trip, I decided to trade in my vehicle and JB and his colleague ( the other JB ) The purchase experience was good, all changes and items I mentioned were discussed/adjusted to make the transaction easy + make sure the car was setup to my requests. My concerns were not downplayed and everything was patiently and clearly explained Overall I am very happy with Park place and the service received from the sales staff ( JB and others) . Price is a little bit of a premium at the dealership, but for the service and personal attention it is worth it. More
