When I flew in to make the purchase, it was exactly as expected and he was there to help me get it wrapped up quickly. Flexible and accommodating I have to say that I'm impressed with a couple of things that Darrin did. I had talked to him previously about what I wanted and he didn't have anythi I have to say that I'm impressed with a couple of things that Darrin did. I had talked to him previously about what I wanted and he didn't have anything in their inventory at the time. However, not too long afterwards, the vehicle I wanted showed up (miraculously) and he called me immediately. I was impressed that he kept me in mind to find me what I really wanted. He waited patiently for my wife and I to show up because we had to drive 4 hours to pick up this vehicle. All the paperwork was ready when we arrived and the process was streamlined. Even when we threw him a curveball and wanted to shop for a second car right then and there, he was willing to stay after hours to make sure we were cared for. We also appreciated the guys at finance staying past 6 to get us squared away so we wouldn't be turned away Mercedes-less. Thank you! More

Polite and Professional I came to Darrin Cline, through a reference, in a bind--my car had been totaled in the recent hail storm. I knew I was wanting to upgrade from a seda I came to Darrin Cline, through a reference, in a bind--my car had been totaled in the recent hail storm. I knew I was wanting to upgrade from a sedan to an SUV, I had a few specific requirements of things that I wanted in my new vehicle, and Darrin, by way of attention to detail and listening to what I was saying--made sure that I got into a vehicle that was equipped with all of the things I was wanting, and more! As a younger female, I do not really envy the idea of going into a dealership alone (for concerns of not being taken seriously about making a purchase), but I can say with certainty that I was treated with fairness, respect, and professionalism. It made my car buying experience an event to be enjoyed, rather than one cast with a negative impression. Thank you, Darrin for working hard to get me into a wonderful vehicle, on limited time, and on a limited schedule.
