Awesome Experience! I'm 19 years old and I was looking for my first car. My parents and I had tried another dealership, specifically looking for a used smart car. I've dreamed of having a smart car for years, and thought that pre-owned would be the only way for me to afford one. Well, the other dealership fell through 9sat there for two hours and never even saw the car), so my mom decided to take me straight to the Mercedes-Benz dealer so I could at least test drive and see how one feels. When we got there, Darrin was the first one to approach us. He was completely honest with us the entire time, admitting that he didn't know much about the smart cars, but he helped us in every way he possibly could. He allowed us to test drive two different smart car models. After talking it through with my parents, we just didn't think that I'd be able to afford it at the time. Sadly, I agreed that I'd have to wait another month or two and save up my paychecks. But the very next week, we got a call from Darrin. He told us about a 2015 smart car that was available and asked about hat I could make for a down payment that moment and how much I was willing to pay a month. Not long after, he got us an amazing deal. However, when we test drive the car, my parents weren't fans of the way it drove. So we tested a 2016 and I fell in love with it. Darrin was able to offer me the 2016 model at the same price of the 2015! I was so excited that I was actually able to get my dream car right away, and at a price that I could afford. Overall, it was a great experience. More
