Miss representation of finance and purchase of a 2014 S550 Flew in to Dallas to purchase a CPO S 550. Spoke with a sales man about purchase price and financing. Financing was to be under my business, since t Flew in to Dallas to purchase a CPO S 550. Spoke with a sales man about purchase price and financing. Financing was to be under my business, since the Corporation was buying the car. Un-benounced to me, the salesman financed the car under my personal name but titled the car in the business. Now the company car has tied up my personal credit for the next 6 years. The dealership/salesman knew what my expectations for the purchase were, but only wanted to turn out a unit regardless of what had to be done. We were lied too, and miss lead to the purchase. It is a CPO and only has new tires on the rear, the front tires are continually loosing air. We financed the sales tax, but the dealership didn't calculate the proper tax amount, was told we had to wait for the proper tilting paperwork for tagging the vehicle which would force us to break Arkansas Law. They finally sent us out the paperwork to allow us to register the vehicle after many phone calls. Spoke with manager about the above mentioned issues with nothing being done or rectified. It has moved to our Corporate Attorneys desk for him to take over. The salesman was more worried about a good survey from Mercedes Benz than taking proper care of the customer. Is this what buying a car has turned into? We have bought and financed a lot of things for our Company and not one time, has anything ever been placed on my personal credit for a business loan. Couldn't be happier I went in to park place for a specific car with a somewhat unrealistic request. Darrin was extremely patient with me while I went back and forth about colors and options that were unimportant for DAYS. Just when I got discouraged he came through and put us in exactly what we wanted at the payment we needed. We will definitely be back (and next time try and make it easier on him). More

Exceptional Salesperson !!! We have bought a LOT of cars in the past, but have never experienced such a PLEASURABLE car buying experience as we had with Darrin. He personally searched about 4 months for a car for me with all the specifications I was looking for. Not only did he find it, he also set up the custom pinstripping person and sent video's showing how to set up all the electonics. He absolutely was the most pleasant, extremely professional, and just plain fun guy to work with! We now have our new "Salesman For Life" ! We are already thinking of the next car he can find for us.
