Well my experience with Park Place was awful. I was having suspension problems so I drove from Abilene to drop off my car. They had it for a week and half and told me they did not know what was wrong w having suspension problems so I drove from Abilene to drop off my car. When I went back to pick it up I open the door to get in all of the computer and components from under the dash was laying in my floor board. I never in a million years would had expected this type of service from such place! I'm still baffled how a Mercedes shop that works on Mercedes would Have some answer other than we are throwed for a loop and dont know what's wrong with your car. Thanks for nothing! More

Will NOT go back. Went in to get an oil change, fix the horn, and have the air conditioner checked on the used Mercedes we had just purchased from a private party. They talked me into letting them do what I thought was a quick xx of the major systems. I was told it would take a “couple of hours” so decided to wait. Five hours later (I told them after 3 hours that I had two disabled seniors waiting on me at home so needed to leave soon, they didn’t care) and $687 later I got into the car to find they had broken my sunglasses compartment and want $1,560.64 to fix it. No way! I opened and closed it several times before I brought it to them. They also claimed “electrical problem” for the horns and wanted $782. Funny, my son was able to replace the horn for less than $20 and it works fine now. Place is a rip-off and misleads you into thinking it is a real Mercedes dealership (Uses Park Place Mercedes on internet but it really is just Park Place Motorcars). I filed a formal complaint with Mercedes. More

Just all-around laziness- and when we didn't like the numbers they said, "That's the deal, if you don't like it you don't have to buy it. We have someone coming to pick up the same car later today." Just the all-around attitude and demeanor of all 3 people we spoke with was rude and unkind. If you want to work with a team that is in it for the low-hanging fruit - and won't work to get you a good deal, this is the place! Horrible experience!! More
