John was very patient and very friendly with my dad and I. He satisfied us with the car that we exactly wanted, which was the 2014 GLK350. The pricing was just amazing! Since my dad's credits were low, John made the effort to give us the best interest and it was an amazing percentage. Additional to that, he also gave us the best "out the door" price for us. He offered us a really good price compared to the other dealerships that we've went to beforehand. John also gave us every information about the car that we needed to know and he taught me how to use the control system and whatnot. There is a tendendcy for this dealership to try to add a dollar premium on the already high Mercedes rates and fees. But in end we worked out a pretty good deal.
