The process lasted about 4 months from the first test drive to scheduled delivery date. Lots of paperwork along the way, but we worked our way through. There is a tendendcy for this dealership to try to add a dollar premium on the already high Mercedes rates and fees. But in end we worked out a pretty good deal. Made an inquiry about 2 weeks before they were available. We declined the offer to get on a waiting list. After driving or seeing other available choices in electric cars, we narrowed it down and looked at the numbers. My goal was to beat the national lease deal. When we contacted them again, the electric Smartcars had just arrived. The dealership didn't have color combo available that we liked, so they did a panel swap. They made the lease numbers better than the listed national deal. Had a hiccup in finance, but they made it right. Certainly will be visiting them again down the line when MB gets more electric car choices. More

Once again a fantastic car sales experience We have leased or purchased several cars from Park Place Motors in Fort Worth over several years. Jason Camacho is one of the reasons we keep going b We have leased or purchased several cars from Park Place Motors in Fort Worth over several years. Jason Camacho is one of the reasons we keep going back. He is curteous and knowledgeable about the different cars, the performance data, and the options. We get to test drive cars that meet our option requirements, and Jason can search the country for the exact car we desire to have it delivered. There is no hard sell (with Mercedes quality you don't need that) and no passing from person to person to finagle a price or deal. Jason works with you one on one, helps select options to fit the price you want if needed, and gives you the price and final details all at once. The only other stop is with the financial officer to sign the appropriate papers. This time it took all of five minutes. Jason is accommodating with hours and time, keeps in touch by email or phone, and makes sure the car and any software options are all functional a few days after you drive off. He remains in contact by email throughout the year and can be called upon for any problems or issues you might have. He is not just your sales person; he is your representative to the company. The service at Park Place is exceptional. The people setting up appointments can estimate the time for service, and let you know what days are less busy. It's easy to drive in, drop the car off, take a loaner car to run errands and return when the car is finished being serviced. The waiting room is comfortable, spacious, has refreshments if you are waiting, and wifi for those of us who need to work while we wait. If there are any problems with service or sales the managers address the issue immediately and fix it to your satisfaction. We have had opportunities to go elsewhere to buy Mercedes but with Jason and Park Place we have no desire to go elsewhere. More

Both Jonathan and Andrei were amazing at facilitating the buying process. Andrei did everything possible on the financial side and explaining all the paperwork that can be very confusing.
