Sales Process I was pleased with the process when I decided to trade the car I really loved (2010 Mercedes CLS550) to upgrade to the 2014 CLS 550 4matic. I ordered I was pleased with the process when I decided to trade the car I really loved (2010 Mercedes CLS550) to upgrade to the 2014 CLS 550 4matic. I ordered the new car so I could get exactly what I wanted. Walter and Jason were helpful in helping me get the car built. The only frustration I had was that all options were not available on this car but that is pretty unreasonable in reality. Some features came in a package or were only available on the AMC, etc. Walter was very patient with me and all the questions I had and changes I made and added. In the end the car was exactly what I ordered. Jason took over the delivery of my car and handled it seamlessly, with professionalism and a great willingness to go above and beyond AFTER the sale to ensure my satisfaction. He spent a lot of time with me detailing the operation of the car and came to my home immediately to set up the garage opener. He also offered to pick up the car for service and leave a loaner whenever necessary, set up my Mbrace, sent me links to apps for shortcuts and set up the Mercedes app on my iPhone! Since the sale he has called personally to check on things and sent two emails. Walter has also called to make sure everything met my approval. This is the second new car I have purchased from Park Place and it will definitely not be the last. Great job, everyone! More
