The experience was great and Piers did a wonderful job. I appreciate the fact he was very diligent with his efforts to serve me! The customer service, knowledge of inventory/features, and respect given to me by Piers was top notch and obviously earned my business. Other staff members of Park Place Motors (Fort Worth) whom I had a chance to interact with throughout the process were very polite and knowledgeable as well. Particularly Andrei Martine, whom I had the pleasure of discussing financing options/details with. These two gentlemen worked extra hours that day to make sure I received the highest quality service, the service one would expect when purchasing a Mercedes-Benz.
