Wes assisted the build of features on my new ML350, precisely to what we were looking for in the vehicle. Equally deserving of the ratings is the experience of customer service since my first purchase, the E350, to include the scheduled and those unfortunate unscheduled service visits (...we are talking about mechanical items, they all break). All at the Park Place Motor Cars FTW treat me, the customer, with respect and the appropriate amount of candor. ...and yes, I enjoy the Einstein Bagels and coffee EVERY Saturday morning when I get the car washed. He promptly answered emails, phone calls, and texts. He was always friendly, and knowledgably answered all of my questions throughout the process. My overall experience was excellent. Kevin worked around my busy schedule to set up test drives and even personally delivered the vehicle when it was inconvenient for me to get to the dealership. You typically expect to pay more when you are treated so well (I am usually the type of person happy to spend more money for a great product and service), but at Park Place I got the best of both worlds. The price on the Pathfinder was below market. Even though it is a used car it looks like new. It is in mint condition, inside and out. I recommend using Park Place for your next vehicle purchase. I know the next time I am in the market I will be going back to Kevin at Park Place. More
