We attended a party introducing the new CLA 250 and met Travis there. Wediscussed what we were looking for, and he quickly created a proposed purchase order. Due to the high volume of purchases nationally, the car didn't arrive when scheduled; Since we had already sold our old car, Travis arranged for us to have a loaner car until it arrived. I'm not sure how he managed it, but we were able to pick up our new car on Christmas Eve! We have been contacted by the dealership several times since delivery, making sure we were pleased with the car and inviting us to call at any time with questions. I have never received such attentive sales followup from any car dealer before, and we really appreciated it. The Mercedes Benz motto of "the best or noithing" really applies to Park Place in Fort Worth. More

I personally feel they should be more professional when customers are coming in to purchase a vehicle. On the day that I came in to pick up my vehicle I was greeted at the door by a salesman who asked," if he could help me". I responded that I was there to see Jonathan and his response was," he is here somewhere". After approximately 20 minutes later the greeter located Jonathan. I guess he was not aware that Jonathan had sold me a vehicle or if he had preconceived feelings of whether or not I looked the part of being able to purchase a car from your dealership.
