Saw a beautiful CPO E350 in Ft. Worth with very low miles and a great price. This is my first used car purchase. Working with Chad from Grapevine who went with me to Ft. Worth to check out the car. Worth were very accommodating and helpful. They worked together to get sell me the car at a price I was able to afford. Zane led the effort, Rami helped Chad get situated in a different MB Dealership, and Jonathan gave up his desk so we could work. Financing went quickly and I was able to leave with a (like new) MB. Only issue was the window washer reservoir was empty. I wouldn't have noticed or needed it except I was driving during the thaw in the recent ice storm and needed to constantly clean the windshield. I purchased my first car at Park Place based on the recommendation of my father in law, and was very impressed with the dealership. I felt like I received a lot of attention despite shopping on the low recommendation of my father in law, and was very impressed with the dealership. I felt like I received a lot of attention despite shopping on the low end of their selection, and they allowed my wife and I to take as long as we wanted on a test drive. I didn't feel pressured at all to make a purchase, and when I came back several days later and purchased the car everyone was extremely kind and helpful. No shady sales tactics or difficult price negotiations. They were also very helpful with my unique title situation (I am moving from out of state and didn't want to have to move the title a week after buying the car.) I'd highly recommend Park Place to anyone shopping for a Mercedes. More

I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. Lass than three months and 1, 000 miles the vehicle broke down and needed $2, 000 of repairs. Several weeks after than it broke down again and the dealers than three months and 1, 000 miles the vehicle broke down and needed $2, 000 of repairs. Several weeks after than it broke down again and the dealership informed that it needed $18, 000 of repairs. While the dealership did help with the first repair, they ignored my request for help with the second repair. Beware purchasing a used vehicle from this dealership. You would assume that they would inspect and repair vehicles before they put them on the lot for sale but apparently they do not. More

From the very beginning Corey made sure that I was completely satisfied with the car and price I was looking for. He did not do the back and forth taking off a couple hundred at a time. When I arrived at the dealership everyone was very friendly and Corey took care of everything very quickly, even had the windows tinted before I arrived. Only waited a few minutes to go into finance and Wes was great, explained all my options to me and completed the paperwork in no time flat. Very pleasurable experience and I will continue to do business with your store even though it is an hour drive from my house. More
