I had not met Jonathan in person prior to purchasing my vehicle, however, any communication that I had with Jonathan via phone or emai of the survey. I went online and built the car to my likings and emailed the final findings to Jonathan of what I wanted and expected on my new vehicle. Jonathan received the email and was able to meet every expectation to include the car being equipped with each and every option that I wanted on my new vehicle. I have recommended Jonathan to several of my friends to include the group of Physicians in my office who have purchased Mercedes Benz in the past. Jonathan I encourage you to keep up the good work and I look forward to seeing you in the future for service and sales.There is one recommendation that I have in regard to your greeters at the dealership. I personally feel they should be more professional when customers are coming in to purchase a vehicle. On the day that I came in to pick up my vehicle I was greeted at the door by a salesman who asked," if he could help me". I responded that I was there to see Jonathan and his response was," he is here somewhere". After approximately 20 minutes later the greeter located Jonathan. I guess he was not aware that Jonathan had sold me a vehicle or if he had preconceived feelings of whether or not I looked the part of being able to purchase a car from your dealership. Saw a beautiful CPO E350 in Ft. Worth with very low miles and a great price. This is my first used car purchase. Working with Chad from Grapevine who went with me to Ft. Worth to check out the car. Worth were very accommodating and helpful. They worked together to get sell me the car at a price I was able to afford. Zane led the effort, Rami helped Chad get situated in a different MB Dealership, and Jonathan gave up his desk so we could work. Financing went quickly and I was able to leave with a (like new) MB. Only issue was the window washer reservoir was empty. I wouldn't have noticed or needed it except I was driving during the thaw in the recent ice storm and needed to constantly clean the windshield. I purchased my first car at Park Place based on the recommendation of my father in law, and was very impressed with the dealership. I felt like I received a lot of attention despite shopping on the low recommendation of my father in law, and was very impressed with the dealership. I felt like I received a lot of attention despite shopping on the low end of their selection, and they allowed my wife and I to take as long as we wanted on a test drive. I didn't feel pressured at all to make a purchase, and when I came back several days later and purchased the car everyone was extremely kind and helpful. No shady sales tactics or difficult price negotiations. They were also very helpful with my unique title situation (I am moving from out of state and didn't want to have to move the title a week after buying the car.) I'd highly recommend Park Place to anyone shopping for a Mercedes. More
