I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. Lass than three months and 1, 000 miles the vehicle broke down and needed $2, 000 of repairs. Several weeks after than it broke down again and the dealers than three months and 1, 000 miles the vehicle broke down and needed $2, 000 of repairs. Several weeks after than it broke down again and the dealership informed that it needed $18, 000 of repairs. While the dealership did help with the first repair, they ignored my request for help with the second repair. Beware purchasing a used vehicle from this dealership. You would assume that they would inspect and repair vehicles before they put them on the lot for sale but apparently they do not. More

From the very beginning Corey made sure that I was completely satisfied with the car and price I was looking for. He did not do the back and forth taking off a couple hundred at a time. When I arrived at the dealership everyone was very friendly and Corey took care of everything very quickly, even had the windows tinted before I arrived. Only waited a few minutes to go into finance and Wes was great, explained all my options to me and completed the paperwork in no time flat. Very pleasurable experience and I will continue to do business with your store even though it is an hour drive from my house. More

I was leasing a 2012 SLK 350 which had about 16 months left in a 3 yr lease. I visited the dealership to see if Wes who had set up the lease could get me into the new body style of a 2014 E350 coupe. My left in a 3 yr lease. I visited the dealership to see if Wes who had set up the lease could get me into the new body style of a 2014 E350 coupe. My request was to do so without increasing my payment for an early termination. The timeframe was Sep 2013 and as I was expecting this wasn't possible. However, he said he would get back with me when some better offers would be made typically near year end. We'll in mid Nov he called and had a loaded out coupe and no increase for early drop off of my SLK and later that same day I stopped in and picked up my new E350 and it was only mid Nov. I couldn't be happier and love the new ride. He told me at the time I signed off on the 3 yr lease for the 2012 he typically gets people into a new one in 2 years. He's a man of his word and actually got me in a few months early. More
